The new budget proposed in Harrisburg by PA Gov. Ed Rendel was analysed by Bill Flanagan and Barbara McNees, President of the Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce.
The budget calls for some cuts and some new taxes, but there are no new taxes for Corporate Net Income Tax, Business taxes in general or personal income tax.
